A healthcare assistant that ingests FHIR patient data and builds a queryable knowledge base. It includes FHIR ingestion utilities, reference extraction, a Graphiti knowledge-graph client and a Hugging Face embedder, tested with a sample bulk FHIR dataset of 100 patients.
